The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a global score of 64.9, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1's score of 58.1. The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 design is way newer and noticeably lighter, but also just a bit thicker than the Galaxy Tab 10.1. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version and Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4.

Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a little bit better looking display than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a bit lower screen density, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280px, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 also counts with a bigger display.
