Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has older 14 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4 version. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is a extremely thinner but extremely heavier tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.
