Comparison review
Sony Vaio Tap 11 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, having a general score of 66 against 58.1. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 works with Windows 8 OS, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 counts with Android 4.0.4 OS. Although it's the best device in this review, the Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a thicker and incredibly heavier device than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.
The Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a faster processor than Galaxy Tab 10.1. Both have 2 CPU cores. Sony Vaio Tap 11 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has a better display pixels density, a little bit bigger display and a much better resolution of 1080 x 1920px. Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has 96 GB more internal storage.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a much better camera than Sony Vaio Tap 11, although it has a lot lower resolution back-facing camera. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a really longer battery lifetime than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because it has 6800mAh of battery capacity against 3800mAh.
The Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 10.1, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
