The Microsoft Surface 2 is much better than Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile, getting a global score of 63.4 against 56.6. The Microsoft Surface 2 comes with Windows RT 8.1 OS, while Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile counts with Android 3.0 OS.
