Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has a newer 7.1 Nougat version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile has Android 3.0, so it offers some extra features and optimized performance.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 features a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile, because it has a higher number of cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile features a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a larger display and a quite better resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels.
