Sony Tablet S has an overall score of 57.5, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile's 56.6 general score. Even being the best tablet in this comparison review, the Sony Tablet S is a just a little bit heavier and thicker tablet than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Sony Tablet S has newer 4.0 version and Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile has Android 3.0, so it gives some nice extra features.
Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile counts with a little more vivid display than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a little bit less pixels per inch of display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile also counts with a bit bigger screen. The Sony Tablet S features a much better memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 32 GB and more internal memory capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile has a superior battery life than Sony Tablet S, because it has a 36% bigger battery capacity. The Sony Tablet S features just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile, and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition, the Sony Tablet S also has better 30 fps video frame rates and a much higher 5 mega pixels resolution back camera.
Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, the Sony Tablet S is also a bargain compared to the other tablets.
