Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is much better than Galaxy Tab 10.1 Wi-Fi, with a 68.5 score against 56.7. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has newer 4.2.2 version and Galaxy Tab 10.1 Wi-Fi has Android 4.0.4 version, providing you a couple additional features. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9's construction is just a little thinner and notably lighter than Galaxy Tab 10.1 Wi-Fi.
