Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a a lot lighter but just a bit thicker device than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 Wi-Fi. Both devices in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab 10.1 Wi-Fi has Android 4.0.4 version, counting with a lot of extra features and performance enhancements.
