The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a better processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Wi-Fi, because it has more processing cores.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 features a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Wi-Fi, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 also has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 400 GB.
