Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has an overall score of 65, which is slightly better than the Alcatel JOY TAB's 59.4 overall score. Even though Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is better than Alcatel JOY TAB, we must highlight that it's also a way older, extremely heavier and somewhat thicker tablet. Both tablets in our current comparison have Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has an older 4.1 version while Alcatel JOY TAB has Android 9.0 Pie version.

Alcatel JOY TAB counts with a CPU that is just as good as the processing unit in Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although the Alcatel JOY TAB has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a larger number of 1500 MHz cores and a greater amount of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a bit sharper display than Alcatel JOY TAB, because although it has a bit worse quantity of pixels per inch in the display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) also counts with a larger display.

Alcatel JOY TAB counts with a much better storage for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has an external memory slot that admits up to 128 GB and 32 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a way better battery life than Alcatel JOY TAB, because it has a 72% bigger battery size.

The Alcatel JOY TAB has a much better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Alcatel JOY TAB also has a way better 5 MP resolution back facing camera.
