Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a score of 68.5, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T)'s 65 general score. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is a newer tablet, and it is also lighter and thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T). These tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has the newer 4.2.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has Android 4.1 version, offering a lot of extra features and performance enhancements.
