Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is just a bit better than Asus MeMO Pad 8, having a global score of 65 against 61.2. The Asus MeMO Pad 8 features a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has 32 GB internal storage and a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB. The Asus MeMO Pad 8 features a much better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same (HD) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Asus MeMO Pad 8 also has a way more megapixels back-facing camera.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a better device, it costs a lot more than Asus MeMO Pad 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Asus MeMO Pad 8. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Asus MeMO Pad 8, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your money.
