Blackview Tab 16 is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), with a general score of 65.4 against 65. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Blackview Tab 16 has 12 version while Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has Android 4.1, so it counts with lots of additional features and improved performance.
