Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a global score of 65, which is a bit better than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus's 62.5 general score. Both tablets in this comparison use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has an older 4.1 version and LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat. Although it's the best portable tablet we are comparing here, Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T)'s body is noticeably older, a lot heavier and a lot thicker than the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus.

LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus features much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has 32 GB internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory and more processing cores. The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus also has a back facing camera with a much higher resolution.
