Microsoft Surface Go has a score of 66.5, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T)'s general score of 65. Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 operating system, while Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with Android 4.1 operating system. The Microsoft Surface Go construction is way newer, lighter and thinner than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T).

Microsoft Surface Go features just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have 2 cpu cores, the Microsoft Surface Go also counts with more RAM. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a little bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280px and way lesser pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a bit larger display.

Microsoft Surface Go counts with a better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Microsoft Surface Go also has a back-facing camera with lot more MP.
