Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), getting a score of 65.1 against 65. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, while Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has Android 4.1 operating system. Microsoft Surface Pro 2's body is newer than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T)'s, although it is incredibly heavier and a lot thicker.
Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have 2 CPU cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has more pixels per display inch, a much better 1080 x 1920 resolution and a little bigger display.
The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) shoots way better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, because it has a way better 1920x1080 video definition. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a much better memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 496 GB more internal storage.
