Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Microsoft Surface RT, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Microsoft Surface RT. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), but if you don't you can save some money and get the Microsoft Surface RT, letting go some features and specs.
