The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is much better than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), with a 76.7 score against 65. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has a newer 11 version and Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has Android 4.1 version. The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is a way newer tablet device, and it is also extremely lighter and a lot thinner than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T).

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM and a larger number of faster cores. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a slightly better display than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), although it has a much lower resolution of 800 x 1280px and a way worse count of pixels per inch in the display, they both have a display of the same size.

Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has a much greater storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has 112 GB more internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a bit longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), because it has a 7000mAh battery capacity against 6150mAh.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) takes a lot better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) also has a much more megapixels camera.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is more expensive than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
