The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, having a overall score of 65 against 64.9. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has the previous 4.1 version while Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. Despite being the best tablet device we are comparing, Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T)'s design is older, just a little bit thicker and incredibly heavier than the Galaxy Tab E 8.0.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has less CPU cores (but faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a little worse screen pixel density, and they both have an equal resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) also counts with a larger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features a greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have equal internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB. Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features a much better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same 1280x720 video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 also has a camera with a lot higher 5 megapixels resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a 40 percent bigger battery size.
