Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is way better than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), with a general score of 78.6 against 65. These devices come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e has a newer 10 version while Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has Android 4.1 version. Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e's design is newer, a lot thinner and extremely lighter than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T).
Galaxy Tab S5e has just a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has a lot better pixels quantity per inch in the screen, a much better resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a little bit bigger screen. The Galaxy Tab S5e counts with a much better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e has just a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with more RAM memory and more cpu cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e has a way better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has a lot higher (4K) video quality and a lot better 13 MP resolution back-facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) and Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e both have extremely similar batteries performance, although the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e also has 7040mAh of battery capacity.
The Galaxy Tab S5e is more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), but you can get a much better tablet for that extra dollars.
