Xperia Z4 Tablet has a global score of 74.7, which is better than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T)'s 65 global score. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but Xperia Z4 Tablet has newer 5.0 version and Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has Android 4.1 version, so it offers a lot of extra features and performance optimizations. Xperia Z4 Tablet's construction is noticeably thinner and lighter than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T).

Xperia Z4 Tablet has a better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has more CPU cores, a 64-bits processing unit, a greater amount of RAM and a much better graphics processor running at 600 MHz. The Xperia Z4 Tablet features an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have a display of the same size, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a way higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a much better display pixel density.

Xperia Z4 Tablet takes way better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a much more megapixels back facing camera. The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet has a much better storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has 16 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 128 GB.

The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has improved battery duration than Xperia Z4 Tablet, because it has a 7000mAh battery capacity.

Although Xperia Z4 Tablet is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T). If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), letting go a couple features, but you will get the most with your money.
