Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a little bit better than Acer Iconia W700, getting a general score of 60.7 against 59.6. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) works with Android 4.1 operating system, and Acer Iconia W700 counts with Windows 8 Pro operating system. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a somewhat thinner and much lighter tablet device than the Acer Iconia W700, even when both were released only a couple months apart.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a bit more vivid display than Acer Iconia W700, although it has a lot smaller display, a way lower 600 x 1024 resolution and a just a bit less pixels per inch in the screen. Acer Iconia W700 has a superior processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Acer Iconia W700 also has an additional graphics processing unit and a larger amount of RAM.

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) shoots much clearer videos and photos than Acer Iconia W700, although it has a way lower (HD) video resolution and a lot lower 3 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back. Acer Iconia W700 counts with a way bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a superior battery duration than Acer Iconia W700.

Even being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing here, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is also a lot cheaper, making it a great choice.
