The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is just a bit better than Alcatel JOY TAB, getting a general score of 60.7 against 59.4. These tablets work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has the previous 4.1 version while Alcatel JOY TAB has Android 9.0 Pie. Although it's the best in this comparison review, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is an a lot older, somewhat heavier and thicker tablet than Alcatel JOY TAB.
The Alcatel JOY TAB has just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has 2 more CPU cores and 1 GB more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) counts with a little more vivid display than Alcatel JOY TAB, although it has a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels, a quite smaller screen and a little lower display pixel density.
The Alcatel JOY TAB has just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 1280x720 video definition, the Alcatel JOY TAB also has a way better 5 mega-pixels resolution camera. The Alcatel JOY TAB features a bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Alcatel JOY TAB also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 128 GB.
The Alcatel JOY TAB has a bit longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has 4080mAh of battery capacity.
