The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), getting a general score of 65.2 against 60.7. Both tablets in this review include Android operating system, but Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a more recent 13 version while Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements. Even though Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is much heavier than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), it's way thinner and noticeably newer.
The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 counts with a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a greater amount of pixels per inch in the screen, a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a much bigger display. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 counts with much more memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory capacity.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 counts with a quite superior processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has 7 GB more RAM memory and a larger number of cores. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 takes better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a lot more megapixels back-facing camera.
