Comparison review

Google Nexus 10 has a global score of 66.8, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s overall score of 60.7. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Google Nexus 10 has a more recent 5.1 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1. Although Google Nexus 10 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) were only released 9 months apart, the Google Nexus 10 construction is notably heavier but somewhat thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0).

The Google Nexus 10 has a brighter display than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has way more pixels per display inch, a really bigger display and a way better 1600 x 2560 resolution. The Google Nexus 10 features a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Google Nexus 10 also has 1 GB more RAM memory.

The Google Nexus 10 takes much better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a back-facing camera with a way higher 5 megapixels resolution and a much higher 1920x1080 video definition. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) counts with a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Nexus 10, because it has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 32 GB and 32 GB internal memory.

The Google Nexus 10 has a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 9000mAh battery capacity.

Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing here, Google Nexus 10 is also a bit cheaper.
