Google Nexus 9 takes much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a lot better (Full HD) video quality and a back facing camera with a lot higher 8 MP resolution.
The Google Nexus 9 costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
