Huawei MediaPad 10 Link has a global score of 63.7, which is slightly better than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s 60.7 general score. Huawei MediaPad 10 Link's construction is just a little bit thinner but heavier than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). These tablets use the same Android 4.1 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect.
Huawei MediaPad 10 Link features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have 1 GB of RAM memory, the Huawei MediaPad 10 Link also has a greater number of cores (and faster). The Huawei MediaPad 10 Link costs a bit more money than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
