The Microsoft Surface 2 has a general score of 63.4, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s score of 60.7. Microsoft Surface 2's body is newer and thinner, but heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). Microsoft Surface 2 counts with Windows RT 8.1 operating system, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1 operating system.
