Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a global score of 65, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s 60.7 general score. Both of these tablets use the same Android 4.1 OS (Operating System). Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) and the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) were released only a few months apart, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T)'s design is much heavier but just a bit thinner than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0).

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) also has a graphics processor. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a little bit better screen than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has a really smaller display and a lot worse resolution of 600 x 1024px, it also counts with a quite greater pixel amount per inch in the screen.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 32 GB, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) also has 32 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a way better battery duration than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a superior camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T). They have the same 1280x720 video quality, the same video frame rate and a 3 MP camera in the back.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
