Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), with a overall score of 63.5 against 60.7. Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a thinner and a little bit lighter portable tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has the previous 4.0 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a little bit better performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have a Dual-Core processing unit and a 1 GB RAM, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE also has an extra graphics co-processor. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a slightly better looking display than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a just a little better pixels quantity per inch in the display, a higher resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a quite bigger display.

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, although it has a lower (HD) video definition and a lower 3 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, and although they both have an external memory slot that supports up to 32 GB, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) also has 16 GB more internal memory capacity.

Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has better battery performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 28 percent more battery size.

Although Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). If you prefer to save some money, you can get Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your money.
