Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), getting a 78.5 score against 60.7. Even though Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is much heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), it's much thinner and also newer. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has newer 4.4 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1 version.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a way better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has more RAM, more CPU cores and an additional graphics processor.
