Galaxy Tab S3 has an overall score of 75.2, which is way better than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s 60.7 global score. Even though the Galaxy Tab S3 is heavier than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), it's way thinner and incredibly newer. Both tablets in this comparison have Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab S3 has 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1, providing the user some nice extra features and performance tweaks.
The Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a way higher amount of pixels per inch in the screen, a much higher 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and a way larger display. Galaxy Tab S3 has a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Tab S3 also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 256 GB.
Galaxy Tab S3 has a quite superior hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a greater number of cores and more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 features a much longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 shoots greater pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), but you can get a much better tablet for that few extra dollars.
