Comparison review

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a score of 70.7, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's general score of 64.7. Both tablets we are comparing here come with Android OS (operating system), but Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a more recent 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2, providing the user some nice extra features and performance enhancements. Although the Google Nexus 7 (2013) and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch were only released 2 months apart, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) design is extremely lighter but also just a little thicker than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) features just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a higher amount of RAM, a graphics processing unit and a greater number of cores (although they are slower). Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with an incredibly better screen than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher pixel amount per inch in the display and a lot higher resolution of 1200 x 1920.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a way better 1920x1080 video quality and a back facing camera with a much higher resolution. Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a little bit better storage for games and applications than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB.

The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with a superior battery lifetime than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has a 72 percent greater battery capacity.

Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, Google Nexus 7 (2013) is also very cheap compared to the other ones, making it an easy decision.
