Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is better than Acer Predator 8, getting a 65.9 score against 57.7. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has an older 4.2 version while Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop. The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is a much older and much heavier device than the Acer Predator 8, but Samsung was able to make it just a little bit thinner anyway.
Acer Predator 8 counts with a bit better looking display than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a much higher 1200 x 1920 resolution and a lot greater count of pixels per inch of display. Acer Predator 8 has a bit better processor than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a greater number of 1600 MHz cores and 1 GB more RAM memory.
Acer Predator 8 counts with a slightly bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Acer Predator 8 also has an external memory slot that admits up to 128 GB. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a way better battery duration than Acer Predator 8, because it has a 54 percent greater battery size.
Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Acer Predator 8, although it has a camera in the back with a way worse 3 mega-pixels resolution.
Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch costs a bit more than Acer Predator 8, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
