Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is slightly better than the iPad Pro 11-inch (5th Gen), getting a 65.9 score against 65.6. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with Android 4.2 OS, and iPad Pro 11-inch (5th Gen) has iPadOS 16.x OS.
