The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a general score of 65.9, which is just a bit better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15's 63.8 overall score. Even being the best we are comparing, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is an extremely older, somewhat heavier and a bit thicker tablet than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15.
