The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has an overall score of 70.7, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's 65.9 overall score. These devices work with Android operating system, but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a more recent 5.0 version while Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2.
