The Huawei MateBook has a general score of 70.7, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's general score of 65.9. Although the Huawei MateBook is noticeably heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, it's somewhat thinner and noticeably newer. The Huawei MateBook has a quite better performance than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have 2 cpu cores, the Huawei MateBook also has more RAM memory.
Huawei MateBook counts with a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a much better 2160 x 1440 resolution, a larger screen and a greater pixels quantity per inch in the display. The Huawei MateBook has a very superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch captures a lot better pictures and videos than Huawei MateBook. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with a much longer battery life than Huawei MateBook, because it has a 6800mAh battery size against 4430mAh.

So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Huawei MateBook, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, letting go a couple specs and features.
