The Microsoft Surface Go has a score of 66.5, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's 65.9 overall score. Microsoft Surface Go has Windows 10 OS, and Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch comes with Android 4.2 OS. The Microsoft Surface Go construction is notably newer than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's, but it is a little thicker and a bit heavier.

Microsoft Surface Go features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater screen density and a much better 1800 x 1200px resolution. The Microsoft Surface Go counts with a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
