The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is much better than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, getting a 75.1 score against 65.9. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has Windows 10 Pro operating system, and Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with Android 4.2 operating system.
