The Nokia N1 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, with a global score of 66 against 65.9. The Nokia N1 body is newer, somewhat thinner and noticeably lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but Nokia N1 has a newer 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2.
Nokia N1 has an extremely better processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has an additional GPU, a 64 bits processor, a higher number of cores and 1 GB more RAM memory. The Nokia N1 counts with a much more vibrant display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a way better 2048 x 1536 resolution and a lot better pixel count per screen inch.

Although Nokia N1 is a better device, it costs more than the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
