Both devices in this review come with Android operating system, but the OSCAL ELITE 1 has a newer 14 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2 version. The OSCAL ELITE 1 construction is extremely newer, extremely lighter and a bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch.
