The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a score of 65.9, which is just a bit better than OSCAL Pad 15's global score of 64.4. Both devices in this review come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has the previous 4.2 version while OSCAL Pad 15 has Android 13. Even being the best tablet device in this comparison review, the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch design is somewhat heavier and a bit thicker than OSCAL Pad 15.
