Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2 version. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's construction is notably lighter but noticeably thicker than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and both were released with only a few months difference.
