The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a general score of 67.8, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's general score of 65.9. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2, providing some additional features and performance tweaks. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is a just a little lighter tablet than the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, but both of them are 0.31inches thick.
