Comparison review
The Xperia Z4 Tablet is much better than the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, getting a 74.7 score against 65.9. The Xperia Z4 Tablet construction is much thinner and lighter than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch. Both tablets we are comparing include Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia Z4 Tablet has a more recent 5.0 version and Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2, providing the user a couple additional features and optimized performance.
The Xperia Z4 Tablet features a much more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a larger number of cores , more RAM memory, a 64 bits processor and an extra graphics co-processor. The Xperia Z4 Tablet counts with a much better screen than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have a same size display, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a lot higher screen density and a lot better 1600 x 2560px resolution.
The Xperia Z4 Tablet has just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a lot better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a back camera with a way better resolution. Xperia Z4 Tablet has a bit bigger storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch features just a little better battery life than Xperia Z4 Tablet, because it has a 13 percent greater battery capacity.
Although Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, resigning some specs and features.
