Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a score of 66.5, which is a little bit better than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2's general score of 62.5. Both of these tablets have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has newer 4.4.2 version and Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has Android 10. The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 shoots greater photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a back-facing camera with a much higher 5 mega pixels resolution.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Alcatel JOY TAB 2.
