The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is slightly better than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18, getting a overall score of 66.5 against 66.1. Although the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is much older and much thicker than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18, it's body is still a lot lighter. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has the newer 4.4.2 version and Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has Android 13, giving some nice extra features.
The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with just a bit better looking display than Blackview OSCAL Pad 18, although it has a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024px, a just a bit inferior pixels number in each inch of screen and a really smaller display. Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 counts with a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with more processing cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a way better battery duration than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a 120 percent bigger battery capacity.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 counts with a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a way more megapixels back-facing camera.
