The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is a little bit better than LG G Pad III 8.0, with a general score of 66.5 against 64.3. The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 construction is a lot thicker but a bit lighter than the LG G Pad III 8.0. Both tablets in this review include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has an older 4.4.2 version and LG G Pad III 8.0 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
LG G Pad III 8.0 has just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a way higher amount of pixels per display inch, a way higher 1200 x 1920px resolution and a quite bigger display. Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 and LG G Pad III 8.0 both have incredibly similar processors, because although the LG G Pad III 8.0 has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores and 512 MB more RAM.
The LG G Pad III 8.0 features a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal storage, the LG G Pad III 8.0 also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. LG G Pad III 8.0 shoots a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
The LG G Pad III 8.0 counts with longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a 4800mAh battery capacity.
