Comparison review
Samsung Ativ Tab is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, having a global score of 66.7 against 66.5. The Samsung Ativ Tab counts with Windows RT OS, while Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 works with Android 4.4.2 OS. Samsung Ativ Tab's design is somewhat thinner but noticeably heavier than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, and both were released only a couple months apart.
The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a bit more vivid display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a much smaller display and a way lower 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with a little bit greater pixels number in each display inch. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a bit better processing unit than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has 512 MB lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 also counts with a faster graphics processor.
Samsung Ativ Tab features a very superior storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 64 GB, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has more internal storage capacity. Samsung Ativ Tab has a much better battery life than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has 8200mAh of battery capacity.
Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a back camera with way more MP.
Although Samsung Ativ Tab is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab 3 7.0. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Ativ Tab, else you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, giving up some features and specifications.
